  • We work with two preferred builders, Milestone Homes and Marlborough Homes, both known for delivering high quality homes and a smooth build process.

    You are welcome to meet with either of them, visit their show homes, and talk through your ideas in detail to see what feels like the right fit for you. They can guide you through design options, specifications, pricing and timelines so you have full clarity before moving ahead.

  • Yes - all sections come with pre-installed power, water, sewerage, and internet connections, ready for your build.

  • Yes. Height and site coverage limits are outlined in the design guidelines to protect views and maintain privacy and harmony across the subdivision.

Purchasing & Ownership

  • A deposit of $30,000 (excludes turn-key) is required at the time of signing the purchase agreement. Detailed payment terms are outlined in your sales contract.

  • No formal body corporate exists, but shared covenants and community values guide how the subdivision is maintained.
